We do not record, monitor, or store your internet traffic, DNS queries, browsing activity, or connection metadata. We cannot hand over traffic data to anyone — including law enforcement — because we do not have it.
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to IC-VPN and supplements the general Isreal Consulting Privacy Policy at icllc.cc/privacy, which continues to apply to your use of our main website and other services.

Email is optional for anonymous accounts. Without an email you will not receive quota warnings or be able to reset your password.

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data.
When you are connected to IC-VPN, your DNS queries are routed through Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 private DNS resolver. Cloudflare's privacy commitments for this resolver are documented at developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/privacy.
Cloudflare does not log source IP addresses in persistent storage and does not sell resolver data to advertisers or third parties.
Your VPN traffic is encrypted using WireGuard (ChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption, Curve25519 key exchange, Perfect Forward Secrecy). Your portal account password is stored as a bcrypt hash — we do not store your plain-text password.
Your account data is stored on servers in the United States (portal and US VPN node) and Germany (DE VPN node). If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in those locations.
No system is perfectly secure. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data in your account.
Request deletion of your account and personal data (except legally required records).
Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing your data is performance of a contract (operating your VPN account) and legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Copyright holders may submit takedown notices via our contact form. Because we do not log traffic, we cannot identify which account transmitted specific content. We will disable accounts confirmed to be engaged in repeated copyright infringement as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion we will remove your email address, portal credentials, and usage data. Billing records are retained for 10 years as required by law.
The Service is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will send notice to your registered email address if you have provided one.
