These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IC-VPN service operated by Isreal Consulting, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Texas, United States. By purchasing or using IC-VPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address.
IC-VPN provides a personal WireGuard VPN tunnel with endpoints in the United States (us.vpn.icllc.cc) and Germany (de.vpn.icllc.cc). The Service routes your internet traffic through our servers and encrypts it in transit using the WireGuard protocol.
We provide the Service "as-is" without any guarantee of uptime, speed, or fitness for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
We do not record, monitor, or store your internet traffic, DNS queries, browsing history, source IP address, connection times, or session duration. We cannot hand this data to anyone because we do not have it.

If we receive a lawful legal request, we can only produce what we have: account creation date, account ID, and billing records. We have no traffic data to provide.
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You may not use the Service to:
We cannot know in real time what you are doing. However, we will respond to credible abuse reports and will disable accounts confirmed to be engaged in prohibited activities.
Each subscription plan includes a monthly data allowance. Usage is measured as the combined total of bytes transferred through both the US and Germany endpoints.

Unused data does not carry over to the next month.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal — see their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle your payment data.
All prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable prior notice.
Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, submit a notice via our contact form.
Because we do not log user traffic, we are unable to identify which account transmitted specific content. We will disable accounts confirmed to be engaged in repeated copyright infringement.

A VPN is a privacy tool, not a guarantee of anonymity. We encourage you to understand the limitations of VPN technology before relying on it for sensitive purposes.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Isreal Consulting, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Harris County, Texas. Class action arbitration is not permitted.
